A Grants Pass man was jailed in a criminal mischief incident by Roseburg Police on Monday.
An RPD report said at 12:45 p.m. several victims and witnesses called dispatch to report that a man was in the roadway at the corner of Garden Valley and Stephens, punching and kicking passing vehicles. The report said that he damaged two vehicles and was in the midst of trying to damage a third, when officers arrived on the scene and arrested him
31-year old Anthony Tolbert was charged with first degree criminal mischief, second degree disorderly conduct and for a parole violation. He was detained without bail.
