Three people were cited for first degree trespassing by Roseburg Police on Friday.
Information from RPD said at about 4:00 a.m. two men and one woman, ranging in age from 27 to 40, were spotted on the railroad tracks by the corner of Northeast Stephens and Edenbower. The report said that one man attempted to run from officers but was overtaken and detained.
Two of the suspects were detained but released from the jail later that day. The third person was apparently released after being cited.
