Five people were cited for prohibited camping over the weekend by Roseburg Police.
Information from RPD said Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. a 28-year old man was contacted sleeping under multiple blankets on the back steps of the Roseburg Public Library.
Sunday at about 1:20 a.m. a 66-year old transient was found camping in front of a business in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens.
At 9:00 a.m. a 36-year old man was seen camping inside the Post Office, under bed sheets with his belongings next to him.
At about 9:30 a.m. a 30-year old man was located sleeping in a sleeping bag on the sidewalk in the 600 block of Southeast Main downtown.
Sunday night at 9:40 p.m. a 32-year old transient was contacted in the overpark parking structure where he was camping with a large number of items spread around him.
All of those cited were then released by RPD.
