A Sutherlin man was cited for second degree disorderly conduct by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 1:00 p.m. numerous people called in to say the man was getting undressed at the intersection of Oak and Pine near downtown. Police cited the man and then he was released.
