A Roseburg man was cited for theft twice on Monday night.
Information from the Roseburg Police said a 23-year old man was allegedly seen taking a chainsaw from the bed of a pickup in the parking lot of Abby’s on Diamond Lake Boulevard. He was charged with unlawful entry into a motor vehicle along with a second-degree theft count.
The suspect was also reportedly seen taking a jacket from Splitz Bar. He was identified using video surveillance and charged with a third-degree theft count.
The man was given the citations at about 9:00 p.m. and then was released.
