MAN JAILED AFTER DRAWING WITH PERMANENT MARKER

A Roseburg man was jailed after drawing with a permanent marker on Thursday morning.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at 8:00 a.m. the 58-year old was contacted at the Elks Lodge on Southeast Jackson where he has been trespassed from numerous times.
He was drawing on an electrical panel when an officer contacted him. He was charged for first degree criminal trespass and for second degree criminal mischief.
The man has been contacted by police several times in recent months, due to the places he has chosen to draw on or at.
