A teen was hurt when a vehicle hit a retaining wall on Tuesday night.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 8:30 p.m. a 36-year old male driver apparently lost control of his vehicle and struck the wall of the city shops on Fulton at Diamond Lake Boulevard. The passenger was taken to Mercy Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries to her face.
The report said it appears that speed was a factor in the accident.
