A female transient was cited for camping and drinking, for the second time in 24 hours.
Information from the Roseburg Police said at about 3:40 p.m. the 59-year old woman was found asleep in a parking space on the bottom level of the Overpark on Southeast Rose. The report said she was allegedly surrounded by bedding and empty beer cans. She was found to be heavily intoxicated, according to the report.
The transient was also cited for the same charges at about the same time, and in the same location, on Monday afternoon. She was released after the latest citations were given.
