MAN JAILED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT

A Roseburg man was jailed for second-degree disorderly conduct on Saturday night.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 11:30 p.m. the 36-year old allegedly displayed signs of drug impairment and allegedly pushed dumpsters into the road on Oak Street downtown. The man also reportedly tried to get into two vehicles near a business on Jackson Street. He also allegedly placed cones in the roadway near the intersection of Stephens and Winchester.
He was also detained for a parole violation and was held without bail.
