Roseburg Public Library has Toddler Story Time every Thursday.
The program is led by Youth Services Librarian Aurora Oberg and runs from 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The free event includes books, songs, active rhymes, and a craft. Contact the library at 492-7050 for more information.
