A group of people were cited for prohibited camping next to the Washington Street Bridge in downtown Roseburg on Sunday morning.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 8:45 a.m. the five people, ranging in age from 25 to 51, were found either in their tents or near their sleeping bags, with their belongings in the immediate vicinity.
They were all released after the citations were issued.
