A Roseburg teen was cited for second degree theft by the Roseburg Police on Monday.
Information from RPD said the 17-year old male allegedly took a television out of a room at the Roseburg VA. When contacted at about 2:30 p.m. he admitted to taking the TV and the item was recovered.
He was released after the citation was issued.
