Federal, state, county, and city offices will not be open. Regular mail will not be delivered. UTrans buses will not operate. Banks and credit unions will be closed.
Schools around Douglas County remain on their winter break until next Monday.
Plenty of professional offices will be closed though most retail stores will be open.
