The Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley will host the Warm Up to Wellness event on Saturday January 11th.
The event is a partnership with Evergreen Family Medicine and the Oregon Department of Human Services and is for children up to age 18. Staff from Evergreen will provide Well Child checks, sports physicals, health screenings, and vaccinations at no charge to the patient. It is requested that insurance information be provided if applicable.
Warm Up to Wellness will also include carnival games, activity booths, snacks and prizes for all ages. Wildlife Safari will bring exotic animals to the event as well. It will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the club, at 1144 NE Cedar Street in Roseburg.
