A Roseburg man was jailed on burglary charges and other counts following incidents over two nights.
A report from Roseburg Police said that 41-year old Robert Marlow was found Monday night inside the El Dorado Restaurant on Northeast Winchester at about 11:30 p.m. The report said the business’s owner had found that a glass door was broken. Once inside the man allegedly drank a bottle of alcohol. An investigation revealed the man had broken into the restaurant the night before as well, and had ate food and drank alcohol.
Marlow was held on two-counts each of second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft. After arraignment he was held on $10,000 bail.
