Two people were hurt when two semi-trucks got tangled up on Interstate Five about a mile south of the Winston exit early Thursday morning.
A report from Oregon State Police said at 5:45 a.m. one northbound truck blew a tire and struck the second rig. The driver in the first semi along with his passenger were taken to Mercy Medical Center with minor injuries. A small amount of guardrail was damaged during the crash.
