A Roseburg man was cited on a second-degree criminal trespass charge on Wednesday afternoon.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 1:00 p.m. the 40-year old was found in Eagles Park at the corner of Jackson and Lane. Dispatch confirmed that the man was not allowed to be in the downtown Roseburg business district until April of 2020, due to previous citations.
He was released after being cited.
