In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:
The Roseburg High School band program will present its winter concert Wednesday night.
The performance will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will feature the Percussion Ensemble, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, and the Jazz Ensemble. Holiday music and very modern contemporary works will both be featured.
Admission is free. The event will be held in the Rose Theater at RHS.
