WOMAN HURT IN TWO-VEHICLE ACCIDENT

A Roseburg woman was hurt in a two-vehicle accident Monday just after 12:00 p.m.
A report from Roseburg Police said a 71-year old woman was driving eastbound on West Harvard and made a left turn into the parking lot of Denny’s. A 63-year old woman was westbound on Harvard and ran into the first vehicle as it pulled in front of her.
The report said both vehicles sustained moderate damage but could be driven away. The driver of the second vehicle complained of chest pain and was transported via ambulance to Mercy Medical Center for evaluation. She was treated and released.
The driver who caused the accident was cited for making a dangerous left turn.
