ROSEBURG MAN JAILED AFTER THEFT

A Roseburg man was jailed after an alleged theft on Friday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 11:20 a.m. employees at the Downtown Market reported that 41-year old Robert Marlow had stolen a cigar from the store after being trespassed multiple times.
He was found nearby at the Roseburg Elks Lodge. Marlow was charged with second and third degree counts of criminal trespass and for third degree theft. He was detained on $17,500 bail.
