A Wolf Creek man was cited for harassment and second-degree criminal trespass by Roseburg Police on Thursday morning.
Information from RPD said the 32-year old man allegedly punched an employee at Walmart when they asked him to leave. When the man returned a few hours later and tried to obtain a cell phone, he was detained.
He was released after being cited.
