A Roseburg man was jailed on multiple charges after a theft on Tuesday morning.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 9:50 a.m. 32-year old Christopher Carpenter allegedly stole a bicycle from a yard in the 3000 block of Gilbert. He was found under the Stewart Park Bridge where officers observed him spray painting the bicycle.
He was held for second-degree counts of criminal mischief and criminal trespass and for a third-degree count of theft.
