Two men were jailed by the Roseburg Police early Tuesday morning.
A report from RPD said just before 1:00 a.m. the two men, ages 36 and 41, told an employee at Denny’s that they didn’t have money to pay their meal bill. Both were charged with third degree theft. One was also detained for a probation violation.
