Two men were cited for second degree disorderly conduct on Saturday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 11:30 am. the men, ages 48 and 67, were fighting in the street in the 700 block of Wharton Street. That caused several neighbors to come out and see the commotion.
Both men were cited and then released.
