MAN JAILED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT

A Roseburg man was jailed for a disorderly conduct incident on Thursday morning.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 5:20 a.m. officers contacted the 36-year old man because he was yelling loudly and allegedly attempting to gain access to several vehicles near the corner of Jackson and Commercial. The report said the man refused to stop and talk with officers and continued to walk away from them. He was eventually stopped and then arrested.
He was also charged with interfering with a police officer and was initially detained on $8,750 bail.
