A Roseburg man was jailed after he was reportedly throwing beer bottles off the top floor of the downtown parking garage on Wednesday afternoon.
A report from Roseburg Police said just after 1:00 p.m. 35-year old Joseph Campos was arrested for offensive littering, second degree criminal trespass and for a parole violation. Campos was detained without bail.
