MAN JAILED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT

A Roseburg man was charged with second degree disorderly conduct following an incident late Tuesday night.
Information from Roseburg Police said just before 11:30 p.m. the 40-year old suspect was standing in the 900 block of Southeast Stephens doing hand stands and impeding traffic. When officers contacted him, he was yelling obscenities and fighting with another man who was trying to restrain him and keep him out of the roadway. The report said the suspect threatened to kill one officer during the incident.
The suspect remains jailed on $12,500 bail.
