A Roseburg man was cited for second degree criminal trespass on Tuesday night.
Information from Roseburg Police said at 11:00 p.m. the 40-year old was found sleeping in a sleeping bag on the first floor of the parking structure. The report said the man refused to identify himself and also refused to leave.
He was released after being cited.
