On the KQEN Holiday Schedule:
The Roseburg Concert Chorale will perform Handel’s Messiah at its 70th annual winter concert December 6th and 8th.
The group will be conducted by Dr. Jason Heald with the event featuring the Umpqua Chamber Orchestra, and pianist Tammy Finch Johnson. The first concert will be at 7:00 p.m. at Myrtle Creek Church of the Nazarene. The second one is at 3:00 p.m. in Jacoby Auditorium.
Tickets are $10, students with student identification are admitted free of charge. Tickets are available at While Away Books and at the door. Call 496-0748 for more information.
