MAN'S ACTIONS FORCE LOCKDOWN OF LIBRARY

The erratic actions of a Roseburg man forced the lockdown of the Roseburg Public Library on Tuesday.
Information from the Roseburg Police said at 8:40 a.m. the 36-year old ripped all the papers off the bulletin board at the library. The suspect then reportedly took all the papers and left the area. He was contacted and arrested a short time later.
He was held on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and initially held on $6,250 bail.
