The 2019 Douglas County Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is Saturday November 30th.
The event is hosted by the County and by the Downtown Roseburg Association and will begin at 5:00 p.m. Organizers said there will be fun festivities before and after the bright lights are turned on. Santa Claus is expected to make an appearance. There will also be a live nativity scene at the First Christian Church across the street from the courthouse, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
