AUDUBON SOCIETY PRESENTATION WEDNESDAY NIGHT

Umpqua Valley Audubon Society will offer a presentation titled “Carnivores and More: Remote Camera Surveys in the Umpqua Valley” on Wednesday night.
Rex McGraw will provide a general overview of species captured on camera within the Umpqua Basin since 2016, highlighting the most photographed mammals and birds within conifer and oak woodland habitats. McGraw has been a wildlife biologist with the Roseburg Bureau of Land Management for 21 years, and has worked with a variety of Pacific Northwest fauna, including the northern spotted owl, marbled murrelet, fisher, red-tree vole, mollusks and amphibians. He is also an accomplished artist and has illustrated a number of publications.
