A Roseburg man was jailed for having methamphetamine and for a parole violation on Thursday.
A report from Roseburg Police said just after 9:15 a.m. the 40-year old man was contacted near the Garden Valley Shopping Center after allegedly not checking in with his parole officer. A small amount of meth was allegedly found in his possession.
He was initially detained without bail.
