Faith Lutheran Church in Roseburg will have an Aebleskiver Breakfast on Sunday.
Pastor Jane Baker said aebleskivers are traditional Danish pancakes/donuts in a distinctive shape of a sphere. They are similar in texture to pancakes crossed with a popover. Sausage, fruit cups, juice and coffee will be served as well.
The breakfast will be served in the church’s Fellowship Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The church is on West Kenwood just off of West Harvard.
