A Roseburg man was jailed for writing on a wall with a marker on Thursday night.
The incident took place in the 800 block of Southeast Stephens. A report from the Roseburg Police said the 57-year old was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. He was initially detained on $1,250 bail. While it sounds like an unusual report, its not the first time the man has been in trouble for drawing.
It’s his third citation for drawing in the past month. On October 7th he was cited for allegedly drawing on the Oak Street Bridge. On October 22nd, the man received a citation for drawing on the wall of the Garden Valley Vitamin Center.
