A Roseburg man was cited for unlawful possession of inhalants on Monday night.
Information from Roseburg Police said at 6:00 p.m. the 23-year old was reported to be huffing in Stewart Park, near the bike path by the Green Bridge. An officer located the man and saw that he was passed out while still holding the inhalant.
The man was checked by medical personnel before the citation was issued.
