A discussion meeting about “Developing the Story of Your Place” will be held on November 2nd at the Douglas County Museum.
The Umpqua Valley Steam Hub is holding the event for teachers in grades K-12 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Those interested in attending should think beforehand about a place they could explore with their students, and aspects including accessibility, richness of history, culture and geography, along with popularity.
