MAN CITED AFTER DRIVING OFF A ROAD

A 28-year old man was cited early Tuesday morning after driving off the road in Dillard.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at 12:20 a.m. the man was reported as possibly being an intoxicated driver in the 10,200 block of Old Highway 99 South. The report said the man was not intoxicated but did not know where he was.
Matthew Loughridge was allegedly found to be in possession of a straw with residue in it. The man admitted to past use and to having a pipe in the center console, which was also located.
Loughridge was cited for unlawful possession of meth, and for having no insurance and no operator’s license. He was released after the citation was issued.
