MAN CITED FOR TRESPASS TWICE WITHIN 36 HOURS

A Roseburg man was cited on trespass charges twice within 36 hours for being found in a residence in the 700 block of Mosher.
The RPD report said the incidents took place Friday night at 9:00 p.m. and again Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. The first time the 35-year old man was cited, the inside of the home was trashed, and garbage was found both inside and outside the residence. He was cited for second degree criminal trespass, third degree criminal mischief and for offensive littering. The second time, three other people were found inside the residence along with the suspect. All four were charged with second degree criminal trespass and for prohibited camping.
They were released after being cited.
