DRIVER HURT WHEN LOG TRUCK ROLLS

The driver was hurt when a fully loaded log truck rolled while taking the Tri City exit from Interstate Five on Wednesday morning.
A report from Oregon State Police said the rig ended up on its side in the ditch at about 7:15 a.m. The driver was taken to Mercy Medical Center with what appeared to be minor injuries. He was treated and released. The exit off ramp was closed for nearly two hours later in the morning while the accident scene was cleaned up.
The operator was issued a warning for failing to drive in a lane.
