Two people were cited for prohibited camping in separate incidents, by Roseburg Police on Monday.
The RPD report said at about 5:30 a.m. a 35-year old man was reportedly found with a tent set up in Gaddis Park.
At about 10:40 p.m. a 65-year old man was allegedly spotted sleeping under a blanket in the 1200 block of Walnut.
Both people were released after citations were issued.
