FOUR CITED FOR SLEEPING UNDERNEATH A DOWNTOWN BRIDGE SUNDAY

Four men were cited on multiple charges after being found camping underneath the Washington Street Bridge in downtown Roseburg on Sunday.
A report from Roseburg Police said the group was located at 9:00 a.m. and had been previously warned about trespassing. The men ranged in age from 39 to 68 years old. Each was cited for second degree criminal trespass, for offensive littering and for prohibited camping.
Each was released after being cited.
