A Roseburg man was jailed after an incident at the Roseburg Public Library on Tuesday.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 7:50 a.m. the 28-year old was reportedly seen yelling at and shoving another man in public view, which caused alarm to those witnessing the incident.
The man was charged with second degree disorderly conduct and has since been released from custody.
