The driver was cited for reckless driving when a vehicle hit a rock wall on Wednesday morning.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 11:50 a.m. a 21-year old man was on Southeast Stephens near Southgate when the wreck took place. He was not injured and was released after being cited.
