A Roseburg man was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver in a property damage case on Tuesday.
Information from the Roseburg Police said at 5:00 p.m. the 39-year old was at LaModa Dispensary in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens. The report said when the man left, he ran into the building with his vehicle, causing extensive damage to both the building and his vehicle.
The man reportedly fled the scene but was later contacted at his residence where he was arrested without incident. He was released after the citation was issued.
