TWO DISORDERLY CONDUCT INCIDENTS AT MEDICAL FACILITIES

There were 2 disorderly conduct incidents at medical facilities in Roseburg on Monday.
Information from the Roseburg Police said at about 3:45 p.m. a 64-year old man was reported to be yelling at Evergreen Urgent Care on Stewart Parkway , causing public alarm. The man refused to leave when asked to by staff according to the report. He had previously been trespassed from the business. He was charged with 2nd degree counts of criminal trespass and of disorderly conduct and was taken to jail. He has since been released from custody.
At about 5:00 p.m. a 34-year old woman was discharged from Mercy Medical Center and refused to leave the property. The woman reportedly threw herself out of her wheelchair, and yelled and kicked at employees causing alarm. The report said that once escorted off the property, the woman ran into traffic and had to be physically controlled. She narrowly avoided being hit by a vehicle. She was charged with 2nd degree disorderly conduct and was detained on $2,500 bail.
