A Roseburg man was cited for prohibited camping and offensive littering on Monday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 8:30 a.m. the 47-year old man was contacted in a tent on private property in the 3200 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard. He was surrounded by trash and personal belongings according to the report.
After the citation was issued, the man was jailed as there was a warrant out for his arrest.
