A Roseburg woman was arrested after an incident on West Harvard on Saturday night.
A Roseburg Police report said just after 11:00 p.m. the 28-year old allegedly walked into the road, blocking traffic, and started taking off her clothes while in the roadway.
She was charged with 2nd degree disorderly conduct and initially detained on $2,500 bail.
