A Roseburg woman was jailed on a weapon and a drug charge on Friday morning.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at 12:15 a.m. 37-year old Melissa Row was contacted regarding a disturbance in the 1600 block of Estelle. The report said it was discovered the woman was in possession of a firearm even though she is a convicted felon. Row was arrested and the firearm was seized. She was also reportedly found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine as well.
Row was initially detained on $100,000 bail.
