WOMAN JAILED ON DRUG/RELATED CHARGES

A Roseburg woman was jailed on drug and related charges on Saturday.
A report from the Roseburg Police Department said at about 12:15 p.m. officers contacted 21-year old Courtney Adams in respect to a theft at Napa Auto Parts. The report said the suspects probation officer wanted her detained. While being transported to the jail, Adams allegedly tried to discard methamphetamine and heroin in the back seat of the patrol vehicle.
Adams was initially charged with unlawful possession of both drugs, for supplying contraband and for a probation violation. She was held without bail.
